The Digital Services Act (DSA) — Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — sets out harmonised rules for digital intermediary services operating in the European Union. It entered into force on November 16, 2022 and applies to online platforms from February 17, 2024.
PornMachina is committed to transparency and compliance with the DSA's applicable provisions.
Under Article 24(2) of the DSA, online platforms are required to publish information on the average number of monthly active recipients in the EU.
PornMachina is a small-scale platform. We are currently monitoring our active EU recipient numbers and will publish updated figures in accordance with DSA requirements as they apply to our scale of operation.
Under Article 11 of the DSA, online platforms are required to designate a single point of contact for direct communication with EU member state authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

Under Article 22 of the DSA, platforms must prioritize valid notifications from entities designated as trusted flaggers by the Digital Services Coordinator.

We will publish transparency reports as required by the DSA as our platform scales.
Under Article 20(1) of the DSA, if you believe we have taken an action against content you provided in error, you have the right to appeal within six months of that action by contacting us at [email protected].
You may also seek resolution through a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. The European Commission maintains a list of certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies. Decisions of such bodies are not binding on either party.
