Acceptable Content Policy

PornMachina links to live adult streams provided by third-party Providers. We are committed to ensuring that all content accessible through our platform is legal, consensual, and respectful of the rights of all persons involved.

All Providers whose content appears on PornMachina must comply with this Acceptable Content Policy. We reserve the right to remove links at our sole discretion.

Absolute Prohibitions

We have zero tolerance for the following. Links to such content will be removed immediately, and we may report to the appropriate authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) — any depiction (real or simulated) of persons under 18 in a sexual context;
• Any content depicting or promoting sexual acts involving minors, including animated or AI-generated depictions;
• Content that depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual acts;
• Content involving real violence, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation.

Prohibited Content

We also prohibit links to content that:

• Shows any person who appears to be under 18 years old, even if no sexual activity is depicted;
• Was created or published without the valid, freely-given consent of all persons shown (including "revenge porn", deepfakes, or coerced content);
• Shows clearly non-consensual acts, real violence, bestiality, or acts intended to cause real harm;
• Violates the intellectual property rights of performers or rights holders (e.g. pirated content without a valid license);
• Contains malware, trojans, fraudulent offers, or other malicious code targeting visitors;
• Promotes or depicts hate crimes, terrorism, or illegal activities;
• Promotes sexual exploitation of adults or human trafficking;
• Depicts clearly intoxicated or incapacitated individuals.

Our Commitment

PornMachina does not host content — we only aggregate and link to streams from third-party Providers. However, we take our responsibility seriously:

• We review reports of policy violations and act promptly;
• We maintain the right to remove any link that we believe, at our discretion, fails to meet this Policy;
• We cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.

Reporting a Violation

If you believe any content accessible through PornMachina violates this Policy, please report it in accordance with our Notice and Action Policy.

Reports involving minors or CSAM are treated with the highest urgency.
